CE/EE RES512 Research Project 2: Submission of Final Thesis Proposal due on July 6 2018

6/26/2018

It is expected that you have already talked to your adviser towards finalization of the proposal or topic/title selected. Every week, you have to submit the progress of your Thesis Proposal especially for those groups that changed their proposals. To reiterate,  changing your previous proposals means that the group is to work "double time" in writing-up Chapters 1-3. For those who did not change their proposals, continue writing-up the Methodology chapter/section and if it is necessary, revise or improve the INTRODUCTION AND REVIEW OF LITERATURE and get the approval from your adviser.

Before the group the finalize the proposal, an approval is necessary from the teacher and confirmation from the adviser that he/she has already read or approves the proposal. At least five (5) reference materials will be cited and hard copies will be included in the submission.

Moreover, as it was discussed in the class, you need to come-up with one or two back-up abstract proposals in case that your "first choice" proposal will be disapproved by the Panel of Examiners.

NOTE: No confirmation from the adviser and prior approval from the teacher will not allow the groups to have their ORAL/TITLE DEFENSE ON 13 JULY 2018 (Friday).

This will be checked as part of the requirement for the subject.

The oral presentation of the proposals will be scheduled very soon for you to conduct your research on time and submit the thesis in October 2018.
