EE RES5 Research: Summary of Comments during Oral Defense

COPIES OF YOUR MANUSCRIPTS WITH COMMENTS are available at the Planning Office.  Additional comments towards finalization of your thesis are posted below.  Ensure each group has address the comments, suggestions/recommendations for the improvement of your research. If you want clarifications, you can directly approach the members of the panel to get a clearer feedback from them.

It is also expected that you have already started revising the proposal into a thesis format that conform with the Guidebook.  In addition, for those who have not submitted their group's GANTT CHART (signed by the adviser) that reflects the progress in the conduct of the research, please submit it, otherwise your group will get an INCOMPLETE mark. 

IN PARTICULAR, FOR CIVIL ENGINEERING GROUPS who were advised to change their topics, you are urgently required to submit your alternative proposals to be handed-over to the members of the panel.  You have to discuss your proposal directly to them and get their approval - they have to write a note (with signature) that the proposal is APPROVED.

FINALLY, the general comments/suggestions towards finalization of the manuscripts:  Follow the guidebook for the necessary pages (Approval sheets, table of contents, list of tables and figures, citation and list of references - reflect the website link where the publications were downloaded and other relevant formatting style of the thesis.
