CE4214 HYDROLOGY: Results of the Midterm Examination, almost 64% passed

OUT OF 59 STUDENTS IN THE CLASS, 21 STUDENTS FAILED THE MIDTERM EXAMINATION.

It means that more than 1/3 of the class got score below the passing score of 32 (60%), out of 54 points-item.  38 students passed the examination.
