To determine the extent of the progress in the conduct of the research project, please submit a revised/updated report report, including Chapters 1 to 4. Please note that this submission will be the basis in determining the readiness of the groups to defend their thesis in January 2018.
Non-submission of the said report will jeopardize the student's graduation status. In particular, for graduating students, after the oral defense, each group is required to submit the final copy of the thesis, bearing the signatures of the members of the examiners. This means that all the comments, suggestions and modifications suggested by the panel of examiners are already incorporated in the final version of the thesis.
DELAYS IN THE SUBMISSION OF THE FINAL VERSION OF THE THESIS WILL HAMPER THE CANDIDANCY FOR GRADUATION.
For this progress report, all the comments and suggestions from the examiners during the research proposal defense are already incorporated in the report particularly the literature review and methodology. Partial results and findings of the study are also included in the submission. In case there are still NO results, please write down in Chapter 4, the major activities being undertaken such as preparation of the materials, fabrication of the equipment, testing preparation, and other undertakings.
